Minimum Wage Increase

Minimum wage increase to take effect in Oregon and Washington , this will be great news to workers in the great Northwest .How business owners will adjust is uncertain ,all I know is a happy worker is a good worker . The 5.37 % increase amounts to about .45cents more per hour for about 143,000 workers in Oregon State bringing their minimum wage to $8.40 a hour starting January 1st . Washington States minimum wage will be 5.9% higher given workers an additional 48cents bringing their wages to at least $8.55 a hour .
