When Is The Debate Tonight?


ABC coverage is from 9pm to 11pm eastern.  Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopoulos co-anchor, also joined by reporters Jake Tapper, David Mueir, Jonathan Karl and more. On “Nightline” at 11:35, Terry Moran will continue the debate discussion.
CBS  Scott Pelley starts the debate discussion on “CBS Evening News” at 6:30pm eastern, He also anchors starting from 9 to 11 p.m eastern.
CNN coverage starts at 7pm eastern with “Debate Night in America,” led by Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper and John King in Washington, and Erin Burnett and Candy Browley in Denver. Earlier, “The Situation Room” at 4pm eastern. airs clips of interview with Michelle Obama and Ann Romney, with more excerpts beginning at 7pm eastern.
C-SPAN has a live debate preview at 7pm eastern; afterwards, the channel will look at public reaction at 10:30, and re-air the debate immediately following at 11:30.
Fox airs the debate in its entirety from 9 to 10:30pm eastern.
Fox Business Network Will be anchored by Neil Cavuto starting at 8pm eastern, along with analysis from business executives and political experts, and live reports from correspondent Peter Barnes.
Fox News Channel has all of its afternoon programs starting at 1pm eastern. live from Denver. Starting at 8:55pm eastern, primetime special “Election Headquarters: Presidential Debate” is co-anchored by Bret Baier and Megyn Kelly, with analysis from Brit Hume and contributors Joe Trippi and Charles Krauthammer.
MSNBC kicks off its shows at 9am eastern. Live from Denver and starting at 8pm eastern, primetime coverage is led by Rachel Maddow, with Chris Matthews, Rev. Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, Lawrence O’Donnell and more
NBC  pre-empts everything from 9pm eastern. on, airing coverage until 11pm Brian Williams anchors from New York, joined by David Gregory, Savannah Guthrie, Chuck Todd and Tom Brokaw. Afterward, Brian Williams will talk after the debate with Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod, along with Romney supporter Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.).
PBS has Judy Woodruff and Gwen Ifill co-anchoring  “PBS NewsHour,” will carry the coverage from 9 to 11pm eastern, they will be joined  by columnists Mark Shields,  David Brooks,  NPR'S correspondents Ari Shapiro and Scott Horsley.
