It is time we see change to law enforcement in Josephine
County. My name is Dave Daniel and I bring with me, new
vision. Josephine County is in crisis. I have nearly 20
years experience in law enforcement working within city,
county and state organizations. During that time I have
attained numerous certifications, recognitions and
awards, including in 2013 the Law Enforcement Medal of
Honor for a life threatening event.
You deserve Deputies in the field and I want to see them
in our schools. I intend to expand the number of Reserve
Deputies, Search and Rescue personnel, Sheriff’s Posse
and Volunteers to serve you better. I will work to further
organize and bring together our county’s community
watch groups who know and understand teamwork.
Internally, the Sheriff’s Office needs professional
oversight, which will create transparency for the
community. It is time to break down the walls built
between the OSP, Grants Pass DPS and our Sheriff’s Office
so we can work together to serve you better.
I am a “Can Do Officer” and will be your “Can Do Sheriff”.
My mission is to ensure the Life, Liberty, Property and
Safety of every man, woman and child within Josephine
County. Working together, we can begin the process of
taking Josephine County back.
